More News on Horizon House

Tsegaye has asked me to pass on to you a bit of additional wonderful information about the WHFC situation here in Addis! I'm thrilled (and honored) to be the bearer of such wonderful tidings.

a) WHFC has made our minibus available to bring our guests from and to the airport. Our guests may also use our mini bus to other places in the city likeshopping,sight seeing when they want to travel in a group. This will be excellent from a security point of view as well; things are
somewhat tense in Ethiopia these days - nothing to really worry about but
this minibus is a good precaution.

b) Most incredibly, Tsegaye has informed me that they have just rented a very beautiful full and big compound which is opposite to the HH2. It is only 2 minutes walk from the HH2 to the new home. This means that HH1 will be transfered to the compound across from HH2! How phenomenal will that be?!??! The new compound home has about eleven rooms. It seems there could also be one nice guest room with private toilet and bath. This compound will accommodate double the number of children that the the old home could house.

Miracles are happening, and our Horizon House family is doing marvelously thanks to Dr. Tsegaye and his WHFC team. Pass on the good news to all!
